|Louis de Clermont|
|Family||Ysabeau de Clermont (mother) |
|First Mentioned||Shadow of Night|
Louis de Clermont was a son of Ysabeau de Clermont. He does not actually appear in any of the books, as he is deceased at the time of A Discovery of Witches, though he is mentioned in Shadow of Night and The Book of Life. Louis is not reported to have suffered from blood rage.
Shadow of Night[edit | edit source]
While Matthew and Diana are visiting Sept Tours in 1590, Louis and Margot are at Usson. Matthew complains that what they get up to in Usson is worse than anything they did in Paris, and that if they aren't more careful, people will realize that Louis's recent (and expensive) assassination was staged. It is implied that Louis and Margot take lovers of both sexes.
